"Smoke on the Mountain" brings fiery performances to South Baldwin Community Theatre stage
There will be singing. There will be dancing. There will be witnessing. There will be fun. And, that's just in the first few minutes of "Smoke on the Mountain," the first show of South Baldwin Community Theatre's 2011-2012 season. This musical begins the season with the fictitious Sanders Family Singers as they provide an evening of singing and witnessing on a Saturday night in Mount Pleasant, N.C. The audience is invited to pull up a pew and join in the rollicking good time Sept. 30, Oct. 1, 2, 7,8 and 9. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday shows are at 2 p.m. Tickets are $18 for adults; $15 for students and group rates are available.
