South Baldwin Community Theatre is very pleased to announce that the 2010-2011 season will open with "The Fantasticks," directed by Martha Lynch of Virginia and Foley. We are very excited to have someone with her caliber of experience at the helm of this show. Her sister, Linda McCree Hallberg, was to have been the original Luisa in the Broadway production and worked with Harvey Schmidt, who wrote the music for the show, to get it produced.  Ms. Hallberg will make a guest appearance on the SBCT show for the play's opening night.  Click the thumbnail picture below for more information.  The get more inside information on the history of the play, click on the tab above entitled The McCree Family
