Ticket Policy
South Baldwin Community Theatre is a volunteer-powered, nonprofit organization, and every ticket purchase helps support our mission to bring live theatre to our community. To be thoughtful stewards of our time and resources, please note the following:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Each transaction carries processing fees, and minimizing changes helps us protect the theatre’s limited funds and our volunteers’ time.
Ticket exchanges are welcome for another performance and may be made up to 2 hours before your scheduled performance, based on availability.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to donate your tickets to South Baldwin Community Theatre. We’ll gladly provide a tax-deductible donation receipt for your records.
If you know you won’t be able to use your tickets, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer those seats to other patrons eager to attend.
Thank you for supporting community theatre, our volunteers, and the good times we create together on stage and off.
